I studied reflexology initially and trained at the Bayly School of Reflexology with Nicola Hall who is the founding member of the British Reflexology Association.
I then studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading for four years gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in acupuncture. The college has an excellent reputation and is accredited by Kingston University. The course integrates the two main styles of acupuncture practised in this country which is five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The college is unique in teaching both methods.
Integrating both styles means that I have a wider range of treatment possibilities. It would be difficult to generalise regarding the number of treatments you will require as this very much depends on your health condition. Some people feel the benefit after one or two treatments but long-standing and chronic conditions may need more time before an improvement is made. Please call me if you wish to discuss any aspect of treatment.
